Shipping & Delivery
We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly; we need 2-4 working days to prepare your order according to our numerous orders every day.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
Currently, 3 shipping types are available and they read as below,
Expedited Shipping (DHL/FEDEX/UPS): 5-7 business days
Standard Shipping (EMS): 10-15 business days
Flat Rate Shipping: 20-30 business days
*Delivery time: we have to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items before we can ship your order. The preparing time is not included at the delivery time. Thank you for understanding!
You could choose express shipping if it is urgent.
We are happy to provide our customers with express shipping service. However, there are additional costs to consider before choosing this option. Any customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Notice: If you choose express shipping, please remember to leave your contact number, which is required for express shipping.
3. APO/FPO/DPO Shipping
P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address will not be accepted at our site. Please provide us a detailed and correct delivery address so that we can deliver your order successfully. The customer will bear full responsibility for the loss if the parcel was lost on the way because of a wrong delivery address. Your cooperation will be much appreciated. Customers from Brazil should leave a message to provide us with your 11-digit CPF as your custom needs it.
A Shipping Confirmation email will be sent that includes your tracking number (not applicable to Flat Rate Shipping) as soon as your item has been shipped out. Click on the link and it will take you to the UPS, FedEx, DHL or other websites, depending on which company shipped your package. From there, you can use the tracking code to track your package.
